LuxBare Refund Policy

At LuxBare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below for details on how to process returns and request refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded to the original gift card.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping expenses.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and pictures of the item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
